DO I HAVE TO HAVE PRIOR PILATES MACHINE EXPERINCE?
Absolutely not! As intimidating as it may seem, instructors are trained to provide necessary instruction to newbies and beginners of all levels and experience. Arriving early and letting the instructor know of any questions or concerns is the best way to alleviate any unnecessary concerns. We want you to feel comfortable and confident from your very first class!
IS THE CLASS FOR BOTH MEN & WOMEN?
YES! The classes are challenging to both men and women of all levels of fitness. It works different muscles than traditional group fitness classes, so most everyone enjoys the workout as their only workout out, or in addition to other workouts.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY FIRST CLASS?
If you are new to the studio, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled class start time to get familiar with the reformer and ask any questions. If you arrive late for your first class, the teacher reserves the right to reschedule for another time/date. This is for your safety because we want you to be properly prepared with an overview of the machine and our process.
CLASS CANCELATIONS/NO SHOW POLICY
We require an 12-hour notice to switch or cancel a class. If you need to cancel a class, log into your account, go to MY ACCOUNT, click MY SCHEDULE and click CANCEL. Cancellations must be done online or the app.
Class Packages, Single Class and/or 4x, 8x, and 12x Monthly Memberships will forfeit the class credit.
Unlimited Memberships and introductory 2-Week memberships will be charged the following penatly fees.
Late Cancel Fee: $10 – applies if you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time.
No-Show Fee: $15 – applies if you do not attend your scheduled class or cancel less than 2 hours before the class starts.

This policy gives another client adequate time to fill a spot that was otherwise filled.
CLASS PASS CHANGES/CANCELATIONS
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change any reservations made through Class Pass in our system. You MUST schedule, reschedule, cancel, switch and/or rebook through the original third-party platform.

STUDENT, TEACHER & MILITARY DISCOUNTS
We offer 15% off full priced membership or class packages. Please email connect@themethod-pilates.com with a valid I.D. to redeem.
GRIP SOCKS REQUIRED
For safety and sanitary reasons, you are required to wear grip socks. They are always available for purchase at studio as well for your convenience.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Please arrive prior to class time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your spot may be made available to another client.
CAN YOU TAKE MORE THAN ONE CLASS A DAY ON AN UNIMITED MEMBERSHIP?
Our unlimited membership includes one class per day. If members would like to take a second class in a day, there is a $15 add-on class charge
MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION & TERMS
In order to cancel an autopay membership, please email your cancellation request to connect@themethod-pilates.com BEFORE your next billing cycle. Requests made after your card has been charged will NOT be refunded.
Early termination: Because monthly memberships are at a discounted rate, all memberships require a 3-month minimum. If you would like to cancel before your commitment is complete, you will be charged a $100 early termination fee.
4, 8 and 12 Class Memberships, classes expire one month from date of charge if not used. Unused classes do not roll-over. All monthly memberships are set up on auto pay and will bill each month unless otherwise notified.
Members are allowed to place their Membership on hold for up to 30-Days once per 12-month rolling period with a five (5) days written notice to connect@themethod-pilates.com.
REFUNDS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All classes and memberships are non-refundable.
ARE KIDS AND PETS ALLOWED?
We love your little ones and fur babies, however, with respect to the group setting, there are those that do not want to be distracted by children and some who are allergic to animal hair. Because of this, we do not allow children or animals into the studio.
CAN YOU SHARE A PACKAGE/MEMBERSHIP WITH A FAMILY MEMBER?
Unfortunately, no. Packages and memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shares.
