FAQ
WHAT IS THE METHOD AND HOW IS IT DIFFERENT FROM TRADITIONAL PILATES?
THE METHOD is a 45-minute, strength-based Reformer Pilates workout designed to build muscle, improve endurance, and create lasting results. Our Reformer Pilates classes in Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, and Huntington Beach focus on slow, controlled movement and time under tension—delivering a more intense, sculpting experience than traditional Pilates.
IS THIS A GOOD WORKOUT FOR BEGINNERS?
Yes! Our Pilates classes in Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, and Huntington Beach are designed to challenge all levels. Instructors provide guidance and modifications so you can move at your own pace while still getting an effective workout.
