INTRO
This training goes beyond learning exercises—it’s designed to teach you how to build, structure, and lead strength-based reformer Pilates classes that deliver real results.
Whether you’re looking to deepen your understanding of movement or step into a new role, you’ll learn how to coach with clarity, confidence, and intention.
Built on slow, controlled movement and time under tension, The Method focuses on creating workouts that are both challenging and sustainable—so clients see results and stay consistent.
THE METHOD
A modern, strength-based approach to reformer Pilates designed to build muscle, improve endurance, and deliver lasting results through slow, controlled, low-impact movement. Each class is structured around time under tension—keeping muscles engaged longer for a deeper, more effective workout that challenges the body while supporting long-term consistency.
This is the same strength-based method taught in our Costa Mesa and Huntington Beach studios, where our instructors coach hundreds of clients each week through intentional programming, expert cueing, and results-driven Reformer Pilates classes. Clients from Newport Beach and surrounding coastal communities choose The Method for a more personalized, strength-focused Pilates experience.
