We’re so glad your here! THE METHOD – PILATES is a strength-focused workout performed on a reformer, designed to challenge your body and elevate your training. While not traditional Pilates, classes move with purpose through dynamic, athletic sequences that build muscle, improve control, and enhance overall performance. This is not a slow or restorative class—expect to work hard, feel strong, and stay fully engaged from start to finish.
Each session combines precise movement with powerful resistance to help you develop strength, stability, and definition while staying connected to your body. Classes are fully guided with clear instruction and progressions offered, so you can work at a level that feels both challenging and achievable. 2 WEEKS UNLIMTED $89
Our classes welcome all ability levels—no previous experience required. We know it can sometimes take up to 5 classes to really get the hang of it. That’s why we’re offering our Intro Offer: $89 for 2 weeks of unlimited classes for all new clients. Our instructors provide different levels and modifications during each class, so you can move at a pace that feels right for you
Book any session that fits your schedule through the THE METHOD – PILATES app or website and of our two locations. For your first class, arrive 10 minutes early so we can get you set up and comfortable. Wear whatever you feel good moving in and bring grip socks for safety and stability.
