TRAINING OVERVIEW

A 3-day certification led by a Master Trainer, totaling 21 hours (three 7-hour days), followed by a structured two-month integration period.


What You’ll Learn

Training is structured by muscle group and designed to prepare you to confidently lead real classes. You’ll learn:

  • Exercise names and spring loads
  • Variations and progressions for each movement
  • Modifications and intensifications
  • Spotting and correcting form
  • Clear, effective cueing
  • Timed cue delivery and class flow

Access 95+ animated exercise demos, including:

Studio Access

Independent practice at two fully equipped studios, allowing you to reinforce what you learn in a real studio setting.


Teaching Experience

Build confidence through three (3) mock classes with instructor feedback, along with opportunities to practice within the studio environment.


Class Observation & Participation

Observe and take classes at both METHOD – PILATES locations to deepen your understanding of technique, pacing, and class structure.


Mentorship

Ongoing guidance from our instructor team, providing support, feedback, and clarity as you develop your teaching style.

 

 

By the end of this training, you’ll be fully equipped to confidently structure and lead Megacore and other Megaformer-style Pilates classes—with the potential to join our inspiring, supportive instructor community.

Meet Jonathan

In November 2021, Jonathan made the bold decision to leave his medical career and follow his passion for modern Pilates, inspired by someone he loved who encouraged him to seek true happiness. Fully committed, he became a certified fitness instructor dedicated to combining strength, mindfulness, and transformative movement.

Jonathan specializes in reformer-based strength training workouts and has extensive experience with a variety of advanced machines, including the Xformer, Lagree Megaformer M3 and MK3+, Lagree Microformer, Allegro 2, Balance Body Project X (customized reformer), and the Megacore Reformer. His medical background gives him a deep understanding of biomechanics, injury prevention, and rehabilitation, enabling him to design safe and effective sessions tailored to individual needs.

As an instructor, Jonathan’s goal is to challenge and empower clients by offering adaptable workouts and expert guidance in a supportive environment. He believes fitness is a journey of self-discovery where every client can unlock their true strength and potential.
